Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, I hereby consent to receiving commercial electronic communications from Chucca, operated by Pemt Teknoloji Yazılım Limited Şirketi, regarding membership services, loyalty programs, campaigns, rewards, benefits, point earning and redemption activities, service improvements, announcements, promotional activities, and marketing communications.

I acknowledge and agree that such communications may be delivered through:

  • SMS
  • E-mail
  • Mobile application notifications (push notifications)
  • Other electronic communication channels
